What counts as 'minor' carpentry?
Finish work that doesn't touch structure: installing, trimming, and surfacing. We don't move walls, alter framing, or take on anything requiring a permit or engineering.
Can you install a countertop I already bought?
Yes, for stock and prefab tops. Full-slab stone needs a fabricator with lifting equipment and templating, so we'll point you to one if that's what you have.
Do you remove the old flooring or cabinets?
We can, and we'll include demo and haul-away as a line item on your estimate so you can decide whether to keep it in scope.
How do you handle uneven walls and floors?
Shimming, scribing, and caulking are part of every install. That's usually the difference between a job that looks fine and one that looks built-in.
